Serenity Slim Review - Don't Buy Until You Read This First

Serenity Slim is a fairly new supplement to the diet scene which claims to “balance the metabolic and behavioral factors associated with weight loss”. The formulation consists of four ingredients. These which will be examined in greater detail to determine if this product works as advertised.

1.     Caralluma Fimbriata - A cactus which grows in India and has been used as a “famine food” for over a millennium. It recently achieved GRAS status by the FDA in 2006 after clinical studies deemed it safe and effective as an appetite suppressant and fat blocker.

2.     Rhodiola Rosea - A plant native to Siberia shown to reduce stress and elevate mood. This natural herb was considered the “secret weapon” of the Russians up until the 1950’s. They would give it their Olympic athletes to gain an edge over their Western competitors. It was also given to soldiers to withstand the stress of Siberia’s sub-zero temperatures.

3.     Green Tea - A proven metabolism booster found in many supplements. Green Tea has been clinically proven to increase the rate of body fat breakdown without elevating heart rate or blood pressure (i.e. it doesn’t give one the shakes or jitters the way too much caffeine or other stimulants do).

4.     Acai Berry - This “superfruit” gained immense popularity after being showcased on Oprah. It chock-full of antioxidants and while there is no evidence that it directly promotes weight loss, it appears to support the body during the fat burning process providing the required energy to see the diet through.

In conclusion, Serenity Slim contains a mix of well-known, safe ingredients that actually relieve stress, increase energy, and promote weight loss. As for how much weight loss this formulation is capable of producing, this will vary from individual to individual and is dependent on their current diet and exercise habits.
